| Our two bedroom ocean front condo is conveniently located on Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona. This condo was recently updated with new furniture, kitchen appliances, kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. It is one of the most desirable units in the complex with a wrap around lanai that looks out to the ocean. You can sit on the lanai and watch the surfers directly across the street. In the winter months, you will likely see dolphins playing or whales breaching. You can enjoy all of this while sipping a cool drink from the lanai. We have stocked our unit with everything you will need from boogie boards, games, books, videos, beach towels, beach chairs, ice coolers and more.

This home is newly decorated and fully furnished with everything for your vacation comfort. Included are 3 Satellite TV’s (HBO,Showtime and more), VCR, DVD, loads of movies, a stereo, and DSL wireless internet. There is plenty to do within the gates of Pine Mountain Lake such as hiking, swimming, horseback riding, and fishing. However, if you prefer to explore the Gold Country, our home is centrally located to take daily short trips to Yosemite National Park, Dodge Ridge, Rainbow Falls, or Black Oak Casino and many other great places. |  |

Our family of seven has had many great memories from hikes in Yosemite, swimming and BBQ’s at the main marina at Pine Mountain Lake to kayaking with the dolphins in Kona. These places have allowed us to spend quality time as a family, which is most important to us. Our vacation rental properties have all the amenities to make you feel at home.
