A short walk to the left on Alli Drive will take you to the famous White Sands Beach and further down you will find one of the most popular snorkeling beach where you will likely have a chance to swim with the turtles. Walk a quarter mile to the right to purchase gifts at the Ali'i Gardens MarketPlace. We love to stroll a couple miles down the road to enjoy a cup of Kona coffee at the Lava Java right in the heart of Kailua-Kona town. This town is enjoyed by many who come for shopping, dining, beaches, and night life.
Kailua-Kona and the entire Big Island of Hawaii offer a variety of activities from lazing around the pool or beach with a book, to snorkeling with the turtles and colorful fish, to encountering a herd of wild goats while hiking to Makalavena Beach.
