Reservations
All reservations require a 25% deposit by Pay Pal, personal check, or money order. Full payment will be due 45 days prior to your arrival date. Reservation changes are subject to a $25 processing fee. Reservations cancelled will be refunded if house is re-rented.

Cleaning Fee and Security Deposit
A non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. Laundry, Excessive wear, carpet stains, dirty BBQ Grill, will be subject to additional cleaning fees. A refundable security of $200 also applies and will be refunded within 14 days assuming our home is left in good condition. You will be charged for any damages to the property.

Check-In
Check-In time is 3pm. You may be able to check in earlier in the day if the house is not occupied. Check in information will be provided upon receipt of full payment. Review your check-in instructions thoroughly and bring them along with you.

Check-Out
Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Wash the dishes, place the trash in the room downstairs, and lauder linens and put them away (if you use ours). Housekeeping will take care of any remaining items from your last day only.

Late Check Out
Late check-outs must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized late-checkouts will be charged for one extra full day.

To Prevent Lock out
There are two sets of keys in your lock box. Please leave one set in the lock box in case you get locked out. Be sure to immediately place the 2nd set of keys back in the lock box to prevent lock out.

Compliance to Rules/Policies
In addition to the rules stated herein, All guests must be in compliance with all PML rules. Any violations of these rules may lead to eviction without refund.

Maintenance
Please report any equipment failure to us immediately. We reserve the right to enter your vacation rental during your stay for repairs within 48 hours notice and without notice in an emergency.

Emergencies
If you have a safety or medical emergency, please call 9-1-1. For any other emergencies, please call us at 408-677-6595.

Long Distance Phone Calls/ Cell Phones
While local calls are free, a credit card or phone card must be used for long distance charges. Cell phone coverage is limited in this area. Verizon works best. Cingular and AT&T has limited service. There is no service with T-Mobile.

Linen
We recommend that you bring your own linen.  Linen and blankets are available in each room and/or linen closet.  If you use our linen or towels, please WASH THEM, FOLD THEM & PUT THEM BACK IN THEIR PLACE.  Each bed left with linen on the will be subject to a $10 cleaning fee per bed.

Pets
There are no pets allowed

Smoking
No smoking allowed in the house.

Disclosures and Miscellaneous
Although this is generally a safe area, for crime prevention, be sure to lock doors when you leave or sleep. We are not responsible for theft, lost or missing items. Rates, taxes, and policies are subject to change without notice.
